From November 10 to December 10, Russian Export Center JSC (REC JSC) conducted an international business mission for fertilizer and agrochemical manufacturers. Maxim Tanevsky, head of the Export sales department of Russian Peat Company LLC (rpc LLC), took part in its work.
Russian companies that are actively developing export sales channels or planning to start export activities, operating in the agrochemical industry, were invited to participate in the event, for which meetings were organized with more than 150 buyers and distributors. The business program touched on current issues in the industry and partnerships with representatives of business and government authorities.
Maxim Tanevsky, as part of his speech, talked about how peat substrates can become an organic alternative to chemical fertilizers.
“rpc LLC has already managed to gain a name for itself in the Russian market as a reliable supplier with high-quality products. The company owns two production sites: Torfoprom LLC in the Smolensk region and Ecoprom LLC in the Sverdlovsk region. At these sites, the extraction and production of peat, substrates based on it, as well as various types of peat products are carried out,” notes the head of the Export sales department.
The result of the company’s participation in the business mission was negotiations with foreign clients on the supply of peat products to rpc LLC for export.
