On October 5, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture organized a meeting of representatives of the department, the peat industry, agricultural enterprises, representatives of the scientific and business community on the topic of increasing the export potential of peat industry products. The event was organized on the initiative of the General Director of Russian Peat Company LLC, a member of the Moscow regional branch of Business Russia, Sergei Merzlyakov.
The meeting was attended by Director of the Department of Plant Growing, Mechanization, Chemicalization and Plant Protection of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia Roman Nekrasov and his deputies Rina Shirokova and Andrey Sukharev, Director for Export Support in the Chemical Industry of JSC Russian Expert Center Natalya Yakovleva, Leading Researcher of the Laboratory for Testing Elements of Agricultural Technologies , agrochemicals of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “VNII of Agrochemistry” Irina Mozharova, Director of the All-Russian Research Institute of Organic Fertilizers and Peat Sergey Lukin, Advisor to the General Director for Communications of rpc LLC Anna Voronina, Director of Legal Affairs of rpc LLC Oleg Badulin.
The meeting participants discussed, in particular, the issue of classifying products manufactured by Russian Peat Company LLC according to the EAEU Commodity Classification for Foreign Economic Activity in the light of the possibility of receiving government support measures under the state program to support the export of non-commodity goods.
